This is a very relaxing process where most of our clients fall asleep. If it is your first time at Bay Area Body Wraps, you will complete a short 1 page questionnaire. Usually we encourage our clients to use the rest room prior to the wrap. Once you are ready, we will have you go into a private room where you will get into the undergarments you want to be wrapped in. When you are ready, the Wrap Technician will take a series of measurements throughout your body and weigh you on a scale and record your measurements.
- The Weight Loss Wrap begins by applying the following proprietary creams on the client:
- Cream 1 will be applied to the entire body to help create a barrier to intensify the weight loss process. The ingredients in this cream will help to accelerate blood circulation in the skin and improve the penetration of a compound that inhibits certain enzymes, thereby preventing fat solidification and storage in the fat cell layers.
- Cream 2 assists in reducing our client’s problem areas. This cream contains a high concentration of essential oils known for their action in lymph drainage and the elimination of fat toxins and their metabolic waste.
The client then lays down in our warm Weight Loss blanket. The session is complete 45-50 minutes, depending on how quickly the client begins feeling the heat from the FAR Infrared Blanket.
After the session is complete, the Wrap Technician will provide you with wet and dry towels and will re-meassure and re-weigh you immediately after the wrap. Measurements are calculated and printed out for you for you to take home and track your results.
The Wrap Technician will provide you your measurements print out, after care instructions and the final cream (Cream 3) to be applied after you take a shower that evening.
- Cream 3 contains a tea extract which stimulates and activates the elimination of stored fat. Enriched with compounds, it acts on the metabolism by inhibiting the storage of fat reserves. The physiological conditions connected with the Thermo-Sudation (vasodilation, faster metabolic exchanges) enable the active ingredients to infiltrate the fat cell layers more effectively. Apply at the end of every session to the entire body to increase the action on stored fat. It is pleasant to use because of its fragrance and no cleansing is required.
It is important to realize that the weight loss wrap is designed as a series. The best results come from clients who do this wrap more frequently in a shorter period of time. Although it is our goal to get you maximum results each and every time, we've noticed that the best results usually come after the 2nd or 3rd Weight Loss Wrap.
